At 16:30 when i called ive been told its already closed, meanwhile Google says its open until 20:00, thought they were kidding me, needed some exceptional flowers for a special ocasion, i dont care about the price, thanks for wasting my time being 30 minutes on my way just to hear its closed already. Change Google open hours and stop missleading people.

Fantastic service! I was looking for a local supplier and I am glad this was the right choice. I ordered a bunch of flowers for a friend and she was super happy with the quality. Order process was simple, IMO enough flowers/ideas to pick from on the website and delivery was on time, plus my message handwritten on a card. Lovely!

Recently I ordered very hard to get flowers varieties and colours for very special birthday. They mamaged to get them for me and prepared in spot on perfect way. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome.

I was shown a catalogue of flowers. I chose the flowers and was then told the price in the catalogue was 14 years old so the actual price was a lot higher. I was getting the flowers for a friends fathers funeral. The lady that served me then said I could pay part cash and part by card which I didn't want to do. I did buy the flowers but I felt pressured to buy at a much higher price than advertised. I will not be using Blooms again as it has a shifting price point which as a customer is never a good idea.
