Not the perfect country village they promote, spraying poisonous pesticides without informing residents when and where they are doing this on grass verges and pathways where children and pets walk. Is this really necessary, why not just cut the grass and weeds together, which is a safe and more healthy option, you can feel chemicals in the air at the moment when walking around the estate.

We have been in our house for coming up 3 years and the grounds outside the front of our house are a disgrace. We have been in contact with the Estate services team and they do nothing. We pay well over 300 a year for nothing for ground charges. It is a disgrace and totally unacceptable. You complain to the office and they respond to you as if you are pain. The whole idea of the Wynyard dream, is a far cry from what is advertised on the tin. Looks no better than a dated council estate and you get the pleasure of paying well over the odds for non existent services. Customer service is non existent and poor communication and updates. You pay for services and get nothing. Its a joke!!!
