Would highly recommend Craig and his team at One Property Maintenance. We use Craig regularly for his handyman service, which helps us keep on top of all the jobs which build up with a large property. Craig is professional, always turns up when he says he will (which I believe is a rare trait with tradespeople) and is neat and tidy with his work. The handyman pricing policy works a treat for us as I get to have all those small jobs done in one go, without any hidden extra charges! We have used Craig for a range of jobs, from large fencing projects to hanging pictures and curtain rails. I am so pleased we have come across this company and we will continue to use Craig's services for the foreseeable future.

After having countless people out to look at my garden and what I was told was an impossible job I came across Craig's page and he came out to have a look. With majority of my garden (prior work beginning) being paved and on 4 different levels, it was quite a big job. No idea was too big and Craig was accommodating from the get go. He drew a 3D design up for me as I was unable to imagine his idea which was a huge help. The lads worked really hard and have completely transformed my garden into usable and luxurious space for myself and my little boy. My garden is now levelled out, with a patio area, a play area, and the rest astro turf. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again for any further work required. Thanks boys! We rarely do reviews, but the work Craig has done is well worth commenting on. From start to finish, Craig and his team, have done a thoroughly recommendable job. At the beginning, Craig was patient, taking time to explore different options and his attention to detail has added to the overall finish. Even when we changed our mind on the paving material he was not put out in the slightest. Craig and his team turned up bang on time and were hard working, friendly and professional at all times. Craig often asked our opinions keeping us involved as the job progressed. Clearly, he takes a lot of pride in his work. Craig experience and good ideas helped add those little finishing touches that make the work look even more stunning. The workmanship was great and we are both highly pleased with the finished patio. We would definitely recommend Craig and One Property Maintenance for any work in the home or garden.
