        I couldnt recommend Dave (and Ian) enough. Im a first time buyer and had a few concerns crop up on my mortgage valuation for the property Im purchasing. Dave put me at ease and got on straight away with the survey I needed. The report came back so quickly and over the weekend. The report was really thorough and detailed, and explained the findings really well. Cant thank them enough for their help and expertise!

        I would highley recommend this company. Not only were they responsive and supportive during the booking process, they have also provided a comprehensive report that doesn't read like a sales brochure of what work 'could' be carried out, but provides useful guidance to ensure the building is safe and protected from future issues. They have been attentive and helpful, answering all of my questions in a speedy manner and I can't thank them enough. Tried another company first who turned out to be not much help at all. Definitely recommend
