Absolutely amazing place! They had the patience of a saint with my 2 year old Shitzu. He's a nervous and very anxious dog who can snap quite a lot but for our first visit today I can't thank them enough. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Excellent service ***** Took my sharpei today for the first time who is an old boy and the lady was fantastic. She even gave me tips on cleaning his ears. Ive already booked him in again as I was so impressed with the service.

Absolutely fuming don't take your long haired dogs here anywhere we have taken her they never taken hair off her body if have just neatened her belly and taken stuff off around her legs and bum my dogs coat is completely destroyed when everyone who's ever seen her has always said how nice it was, when my other half went to collect my dog was shaking and wanted to run out the place as clearly thinking what on earth has just happened....never using going back and will never recommend to anyone !

Love this place. Billionaires is an excellent dog groomers, also provides raw food, dry food, accessories, hydrobath, microchipping and is also a fertility clinic. You do not need to go to any other place for any needs of your dogs, or your own, as excellent advice is always given if asked and they always make themselves available for a chat even when busy. The staff are extremely courteous, professional , friendly and very welcoming. If I ever ring and I don't get an answer they always ring back straight away. They reply to messages more or less immediately. The shop is very welcoming and cosy and the pleasantness of the staff never goes unnoticed by me. Just cannot fault this shop for the services they provide, the stock they sell and just how welcoming they are. I cannot take my dog to any other goroomers, he ust won't enter any other without very much coaxing, but he runs into billionhairs and adores his groom there. You can tell he feels a million dollars after his groom and then I can't get him to leave!!!! They really care for the animals they groom and seem to build great bonds with them. 150% to you billionhaires. What a fabulous business, fabulous staff and fabulous atmosphere. I personally will never go anywhere else and I've tried many, many others. Thanks Billionaires from one extremely happy customer. See you very soon Amanda
