Indie Campers Manchester - Pick-up Center

This is a review of the service we received from Nikhil and Vishal at the Manchester Pick-Up Center. Whereas HQ customer service left much to be desired, our local experience was stellar. Nikhil and Vishal went above and beyond to make the best of a bad situation. Our rental had come back from the previous trip late and in need of cleaning and a toilet tank replacement, so we had to spend the first night in a hotel and come back to pick it up the next day. The guys accommodated both our frustration and our situation, offered fridge space to store our supplies, and found us a good, affordable hotel room and handled the booking for us. They were also extremely helpful and diligent with adjusting our booking (a complex matter where Indie Campers HQ had been unpleasant to deal with) and solved anything we threw at them to our utmost satisfaction. If it hadn't been for Nikhil and Vishal and their friendliness, professionalism and customer orientation, I would have asked for a refund and taken the risk of finding a last minute rental elsewhere based on my experience with the Indie Campers hotline, chat and e-mail support. When we took back our rental, our experience was just as good as when we picked it up - they made everything so easy and stress free. If I rent another Indie Campers vehicle in the UK, I will surely pick it up from Manchester.

I don't know if we got unlucky or info campers have horrible vans we rented a van for a week and has so so many problems 1) they are bits around the van where it's just broken 2)there are a lot of USB cables but there's none at the table so you have to use the others 3) the heating is actually quite good but i don't know to use it cus it's just numbers and symbols in random spots I even watches a video and I also read a manual and still don't get it 4) the biggest problem that actually needs to be fixed is the door You can't even lock yourself from the inside broken and needs to be fixed
