Rang up get appointment booked for tyre change 830am get there early, to be told I'm not in the diary gonna be a couple of hours place is a joke happens alot of times badly ran by people that have no idea

Have been to different Halfords before but never experience such unprofessional mechanic behaviour, visited Saturday to check noise of my car, halfords mechanic suggested to come on following monday at 10am. When I visit the garage on Monday at 10am, they asking me to take appointment or drop off car with rudy behaviour, earlier in the same location the national auto tyres were way good in terms of their service.

I used National tyres and I choose Halfords to fit the tyres and balancing and wheels alignment which I pay extra. I'm very disappointed I went on the road and the car was talking a side while driving , no wheel balancing was done properly after 65 mph my sterling well was shaking . I was thinking if I go back and tell them I will get an refuse answer or they won't do it properly. So I went next door garage pay more extra and done wheel alignment and tracking and balancing. Plus I fin out a wheel bolt was missing and the metal which pulls the plastic caps was not there . Very disappointed with this service .
