        AVOID! Call them for appointment to do COVID test for the next day. They assure me that if something happens I get a refund and not to worry. I call them the next day since my flight got cancelled and they said they cannot refund me and they will call me back when they talk with the management. Still waiting for a call. Irresponsible and made promises that keep, just to take 50 quid for doing nothing!!!!!!!! Just terrible!!!!!!!!!!
