Kids Start Nursery

Avoid. Dont get tricked by all these 5 star reviews from many years ago. This place is the most unorganised nursery that I have seen. They keep making up excuses to cancel your child attendance, they are always short staffed and blaming agency workers for not turning up. We called to complain about cancellations on weekly basis and one of the staff told us of you are not happy take your child to another nursery (that was the best advice). If you are looking to have peace of mind this is not the right place for you and your child.

I cannot praise the staff at this nursery enough! From the very first day my child attended, both he and I were welcomed warmly and made to feel valued, respected and slavishly. They provide freshly made and nutritious meals on site and give yehlay updates about my child which is extremely reassuring. I have always been met with support whenever I have had any issues iv needed to discuss with staff and really do feel supported as a parent but the nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone considering nurseries. My son loves the time he spends there and learns so much through play. Thank you to all the staff members for being such an excellent team and creating such a lovely environment for my child.
