        Attended today for ENT appointment was seen on time. Ears examined and wax removed using microsuction in 15 minutes. Could not fault whole experience. Was treated with care and consideration.

        Was extremely nervous and the staff were amazing! Caring and considerate made me feel so much better couldnt complete my endoscopy as was gagging and the doctor was amazing and arranged for me ti come back came in to recovery to assure I was ok and make me feel at ease

        Went for an enderscope having had a sleepless night before . Really nervous and worried . I felt I was looked after and was reassured by the staff. I'd would like to say that the nurse Lucy was very empathetic and very nice to me ....thank you
