        I attended parkway green today to discuss an outstanding repair. (A hole in my hall floor which is huge) been outstanding for 7 months. I was today told another surveyor will attend at the end of March by the receptionist. When I began to explain that I was not happy with the length of time it is taking. She .said we'll you best move homes then. As a mature lady felt like they was trying to bully me into down sizing homes. I have mobility issues and they were not interested one bit. Absolutely shocking service

        Terrible service,most of them who work there dont seem fit to carry out the job they do,there just clueless,i would be here all day if i was to write down there failings,im a lease holder and the service to us is disgusting,being charged over 1000 pound a year for service charge and they dont even clean the stairs,should be ashamed.
