Northenden Dry Cleaners

Took a black suit in to be dry cleaned on Friday and told to collect the following Monday afternoon. Arrived at 3pm but was asked to come back an hour later because it had a mark on it? Bit confused because the suit had only been worn once before and didn't have any marks or spots on to begin with. Drove back an hour later to collect, got home and unbagged the suit. What a mess! First thing I noticed was the smell. As if it had been hung to dry out in a kitchen. Secondly the lining is completely ruined, was cream and is now a blackish/grey colour where the black dye has run. The suit is also damp which suggests it probably been put through the washing machine. Avoid this place at all costs.

My sons coat was taken there on Thursday and was supposed to be dry cleaned, all the guy did was spray it with fabreze I took it back and told him Im not happy its not even been cleaned he just wiped the bit of mud off the back with a damp cloth I filmed the coat and the guy with his permission and he just kept saying its clean and I told the man It was to dirty to clean but took the coat and 20 to clean it , absolutely disappointed is not the word Ive been robbed 20 to spray a coat with fabreze never I mean never go there they are a total rip-off fuming

Really genuine people, owned by farther and son always get my work suits done from here never failed to get the job done with quality and on time. They personally came to drop off my clothes to my house as I couldn't make it one day. Couldn't recommend more thanks guys :)

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THE ALTERATION SERVICE. We bought a wedding dress in to be slightly shortened and they have ruined the dress. There are yellow marks, the hem is a mess and the stitching uneven. To make things worse, we have made a reasonable request for a refund so we can take the dress to be properly fixed. They refused but offered us 10 to go away. The staff at the time claims to not be the owner, however they also appear to be lying to us about this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
