Staff where very lovely and very Pleasant and the treatment I had done today was perfect and no problems and the waiting time was very quick and the practice was very clean And getting appointments is no worries very understand with you .         The manners of one lady on reception is appalling, not only did she proceed to say that I had cancelled many appointments when in reality it was them who had cancelled numerous times. This lady was rude and frankly very unprofessional
