        Booked an appointment to have my nails done as I was going to a wedding. After travelling 30 minutes to get there the owner Tracey simply said we've had to cancel your appointment as the girl phone in sick. No phone call in advance and no apology. Very poor attitude with no professionalism. This used to be a beautiful place to visit - always busy, happy and extremely clean. It is now very different. I will never go back there and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to either!
