If you want more of a pampering, relaxing vibe then look elsewhere. I am a big fan of their chemical peels, micro needling and Hydra facials. Purchasing packages reduces the cost.

Worst facial experience ever. Came in early and a therapist was sat on the sofa in reception as if she was relaxing at home, I was told the therapist was with a client so I left and came back later. When I arrived back I was met by the same therapist who was relaxing on the sofa. She used gloves on my face and hardly touched my face with her hands. She quickly cleansed my face by putting a cleanser on and taking it off in a few seconds. She continued to smear the collagen gel on me, getting it in my ears and my nose. She proceeded with the electronic device which really just massages the face. On completion she rubbed a mask on my face and that was it. The lights were on the entire time, shining into eyes and the whole experience lasted approximately 30min. I paid 155 for a terrible experience and a treatment that has done absolutely nothing. Never Again.

Highly recommended. I have been treated by Alison for the last 12 years from facial care products to Botox, lip fillers and recently Profhilo. I have a rather conservative approach to facial aesthetics, keen to keep the natural look and Alison is always in tune with that. She understands her clients well and takes an individual approach. Highly professional, very experienced and customer focused if you want expertise, this is the place to come to. I am 48 and getting married in May, so Alison recommended Profhilo so I look as fresh and young as I can on my big day. People who had not seen me for a while ask me what I changed that I look so radiant and fresh. Even my fianc commented your skin looks so nice. I have all the proof I need.
