Amazing level of quality and service. All the furnishing, convenience, and finishing touches to make this a home away from home while we lived there (for 6 weeks while some repairs were ongoing at home). Mel (the property manager) gave us a face to face induction and was there to assist and supply everything we needed. Amazing place which we would happily have stayed longer in, can't recommend highly enough! B.E.

Firstly I would like to say these are the BEST apartments I have ever stayed at in London. Due to my job and private business I travel around the country a lot and I can assure you these properties are outstanding. Firstly I dealt with Mel who came to meet me at check in and show me my parking space. She was extremely friendly and Covid safe with a mask, gloves and sanitiser all to hand. She offered me an upgrade free of charge and gave me a full tour of the building, the apartment and the appliances. I had originally booked a week and ended up extending my stay for a month. The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet complex with everything you'd need nearby. There were some minor issues with the WiFi and Mel had an unlimited Vodafone dongle delivered to the apartment immediately. Mel is available to answer any questions you might have and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area. M&S, Waitrose, COOP, Sainsbury's, Tesco ect are all nearby and within walking distance. There is a beautiful green common opposite the building if you like walks and the property is serviced by all food delivery apps such as deliveroo. You're even able to have post and parcels delivered to you during your stay. There is a 24 hour concierge service also and all the residents on site are lovely. Images don't do the place justice and there is NOT a better property manager than Mel (trust me I've met several). I highly recommend.
