I am a 28 year old woman and I started seeing Diane for a variety of reasons. I suffered from low self esteem, anxiety and depression. In 11- 12 sessions (one session a week) Diane has helped me renew my perspective on life and be more confident. It was daunting at first but Diane put me at ease and really helped me with my issues. I started to believe in myself more and gradually felt more able to try new challenges and achieve them. I am now at a different and much better place in my life, and I dont think I would be here if it wasnt for her. I still have the occasional blues but I feel like now I have the tools and strength to deal with whatever may come my way. I fully recommend Diane and psychotherapy in general. It is a great investment in yourself !

Diane is friendly, approachable and non-judgmental. Despite this being my first experience of therapy, I felt comfortable throughout...no awkward moments. Diane has a good understanding of when to ask questions and when to allow the client to talk. She listens carefully to what is being said (as well as what was not being said)...her interventions were always pertinent and helped to move the discussion forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane to others looking for a therapist and would readily return for further sessions should the need arise
