Alfriston Post Office

This is a small post office with a small staff. It does not offer the full range of services that larger post offices do, and it is not open all the time. As at Feb 2023, their opening hours are 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday, shutting for lunch between 1pm and 2pm. On Saturdays, they are open from 9am until -12:30 pm. They are not open on Sundays. These times align with the popular hours for the post office as shown on Google. During parts of 2020-2022, they were closed at other times. In large part this was because at least one of their staff was seriously ill (Covid - I think) . During the last year, when I have visited them, they have been open as expected. The usual chap behind the counter is friendly, helpful, and efficient. I think that older reviews likely refer to other people, who have moved on.

Great shop and the best staff around. Always so polite and helpful and massively give back to their community. They sell food, snacks and drinks from all over the world which is hard is hard to find and the prices are always reasonable for the best top quality products!

Roland is a ray of sunshine never without a smile and so helpful thats why there is a queue its so worth it! Ignore the 1 star reviews it was before he arrived!

Ordered from them (Sweet Spot Alfristons) ordered Tues, arrived Friday. Well packaged. Fab product. Very helpful when my tracking wouldnt work. Wouldnt hesitate to order again!
