I cannot recommend training with Ivan Burev at Be Different Fitness enough!!! He has helped me transform my body in three months (I started seeing noticeable differences in two). Ive never been immensely unfit or overweight but I was unhappy with my fitness level, weight and lack of mobility and muscle. After years of fad diets, three personal trainers, various classes and training programmes, Ivan devised something for me that finally works and fits my lifestyle. Ivan is personable and fun (hes got a great sense of humour) to train with, hes not like other trainers were hell make you go on machines and stand around counting reps. Ivan teaches you about the science of weights and cardio and trains you in way so that you feel confidant training independently. He pushes you, but not too hard and is always cautious of you incurring injuries and over pressurising your body. Be different also has an app so that you can record your food intake and monitor your, fat, carbs and protein, consumption. Ivan is the most hands on trainer Ive ever met; your interaction with him doesnt just end after your one hour is up. I can send him pictures of food or ingredients to check whether or not its okay to eat. Hes also compiles a comprehensive food plan which can be tailored to your lifestyleit can be as strict as you like. The best thing about training with Ivan is that hes made me love the gym particularly strength training and altered my mind set into thinking that lifting weights isnt for women and itll make you bulky - that simply isnt true. I havent felt better in years because Im sleeping, eating and training better thanks to Ivan! Be Different, indeed.

I love Angelica's training style. I was always skeptical about yoga but after going to few of her classes I was hooked. She is friendly ,approachable , patient and tries to understand the needs of each of her students. I have seen so much improvement in my self after going regularly to her classes for the last 8 months and can't recommend her enough.

I've had both personal training sessions and also group classes with Ivan and both have been fantastic. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, focuses on fitness, mobility, strength, health - in addition to just weight loss. His workouts are fun, enjoyable, and the time flies! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Angelica is an amazing personal trainer! She's super knowledgeable and caring when it comes to improving your physical fitness, as well as your mental mindset to help you reach your goals. Very professional but down to earth and very easy to get along with. Her yoga classes are also really approachable for complete beginners, always reminding you of the why behind the poses and making sure your form is where it should be so there's no injury. I can't recommend her enough!

Ive continued to work out with Ivan now since he moved. He has helped keep my workouts and eating on track and continued to offer holistic support in both health and fitness. Would definitely recommend, especially for people with busy lifestyles he accommodates
