Throughout the whole process, I was listened too, supported and expertly managed from design right through to resizing after the engagement itself. Throughout the process Simon and his team were amazing from the initial consultation where he talked us through ring style, settings and budgets to choosing the specific stones. A really lovely personal experience and we are delighted with the engagement ring and will be returning for our wedding bands shortly.

I was very lucky to ask W&W for help to come up with a unique design for jewellery I was not using: from a necklace with a pendant and a half eternity ring 2 lovely alternative designs for a new ring were suggested from W&W. It was hard to choose one of the 2, but the final result was a surprise as much nicer than expected. The new ring is gorgeous and I can finally have a piece of jewellery that is uniquely mine and that I use happily! I would highly recommend!

Working with Simon and his team was a genuine pleasure all the way on having an engagement ring made. Pre-proposal, he gave incredibly helpful advice on timelines and options with no obligation (and I had a lot of questions...). Post engagement Simon went out of his way to sit down with both me and my partner as she was part of the design process. We had multiple options to look through, with genuine professional advice & honest opinion given throughout without any pushy opinion or expectation for a sale. Speaking for both of us, the ring itself is stunning and a true reflection of the discussions we had and the designs we were given before going ahead. Couldn't recommend more, and will absolutely be back for wedding rings and any other jewellery work!

I recently had the most wonderful experience with Richard, Narell and the team at W&W. I had several amethyst rings that I never wore but had great sentimental value. Richard and Narell designed the most beautiful and unexpected ring - using the stones from the rings - that I now treasure and wear almost every day. The whole process, from initial discussions, through design, commission and completion, was a complete pleasure - seamless and wonderfully exciting. I will be back for another something special in the future! Thank you!
