Highly recommend Lester Smith. Mark was very friendly and extremely helpful and made a massive effort so ensure things were sorted in the flat before we moved in. Definitely the best lettings agent I have dealt with.

These were my estate agent/landlords for c. 2 years, and in all that time they were utterly brilliant. Whenever any problems arose with the flat, they were sorted very quickly, which is rare for London! I can't praise them highly enough, they were just exceptional.

I would absolutely recommend Mark, Amy, and the team at Lester Smith to anyone looking for a place around Wandsworth. They were professional and friendly throughout the entire process of renting, and very responsive and quick to deal with any issues raised during our tenancy. When our tenancy ended our holding deposit was returned immediately, and Mark swiftly sent over landlord references when asked. Genuinely the best letting agency we have dealt with in 5+ years of renting in London. Thank you!

I have the best experience with this agency and I know what I am talking because I lived in quite a few place previously. They always were there to help us, if something broken they fixed it, try to make for us the property a nice living place, they looked after the property and us, they respect us, also they appreciate we pay rent on time and and the fact we really looked after the property and kept nice clean and tidy. + they communicate very efficiently the changes. Sadly after Covid we had to move out and leave them because that property wasnt big enough for live and work from home and that time they didnt had another available property for us but still I cant say anything wrong about them. If next time I have to look for a new property definitely I will start my searching with them.
