Absolutely terrific. Rupert was able to use his sharp experience and clear ability to negotiate a path through what seemed an impossible case to mediate. All parties settled satisfactorily and we were able to avoid the protraction of going to court. I was absolutely thrilled with the determination of the mediation team to negotiate a mutually beneficent outcome.

I have really valued working with WMS in various different roles over the last 5 years, hearing stories of the great work it does in the local community and helping people deal with some really difficult situations.

My experience with Wandsworth Mediation Service was not a pleasant one due to their case managers way of dealing with my circumstances; they showed lack of understanding and compassion, business-oriented approach. For a change, Beth and Sharon, their volunteering mediators were kind, compassionate and showed lots of understanding.
