Reflexions

This place made feel utterly blissed out, it was a truly sensational experience! How I felt before and after was world's apart and I was only in there for 1 hour! The reflexology from Agnes was so attentive, so considerate and caring, it was absolutely outstanding. I would also like to thank Aimee for the best massage I've ever had! Highly recommend this place!

So guys are you ready? I will give you an update. Today I tried another time this practice, but this time only feet reflexology. At first I seat on chair it is like to be in heaven!!!! and the rest could just imagine!!! Absolutely amazing !!! Thank you!!!!!

I had a terrible customer experience with the management of Reflexions Clapham. I had intended to book an appointment online which, to my knowledge, was not finalised. I did not receive a confirmation or an email reminder. After noticing that I had a pending payment transaction I called the studio to verify what the transaction was for and if I had indeed made an appointment, and if so when. The number listed diverted the call to Reflexions location (not Clapham), I spoke to the receptionist and she gave me the correct number. Again, I was diverted to the receptionist at the wrong location. Seeing as my calls were being diverted I asked the receptionist to get in touch with the Clapham location and request them to please get in touch with me to clarify the matter. I received no call, no email, no message. Being unable to reach them by phone, I emailed them. I received no reply. I went into the studio a day later and explained the situation. The receptionist said she would change the booking to a later date and would have the manager call me to confirm. Again I received no call. Two days later I went in for the appointment and the receptionist said I would have to pay for this appointment. I explained the situation and that payment was already taken previously. She called the manager who said I was a no-show on the previous appointment (even though I called numerous times, spoke to someone and emailed). They have wasted my time and taken payment from me without my consent (which is stealing). Further they have lied to me about trying to return my calls and emails. Extremely bad management, extremely awful service and lying in the process.

What an incredible experience! I just had a 30 minutes reflexology treatment but I felt extremely relaxed and much happier after it. I can definitely recommend this treatment, please come and try it if you havent already!
