Battersea Rise Group Practice

This used to be a good practice but now it is absolutely useless. You only get given appointments by phone and the Dr actually FORGOT to refer me for a hospital appointment. Another Dr spent all of 5 impatient minutes on the phone and then lied about what she had told me. The receptionists are very unfriendly and unhelpful. That's two appointments in two years, both awful.

A doctor from BRGP called to enquire how my HRT was going. When I told her, she sent me off for an ultrasound which she said was being 'over cautious' but she'd do it anyway. I believe her fastidiousness saved my life as they discovered Stage 1 and 2 cancer which would have otherwise been undetected. Thank you so much! Patricia

The reception its completely rude , when my partner who is English speaker I had no problem , but when its me calling , I felt because my accent , they really dont make any effort to help , when my partner call I can get appointments in 1 hour , when me , even its very bad , need to wait a week or more!

I rarely leave reviews but I cant believe how rude the receptionists are (one in particular). Ive been a receptionist before and wouldnt have dreamt of speaking to clients the way that the receptionists speak to patients. All the Doctors/nurses Ive seen have been beyond helpful and kind - it is such a shame that certain members of the front of house team let this place down. No empathy, patience or enthusiasm for the patients that come in. Shocking service.

I have always experienced fantastic response from firstly just them picking up the telephone to friendly receptionists ,prompt appointments and wonderful doctors.
