hello, today I bought skin care products from your kihels store in the harvey shopping center. and it is important for me as a woman to support the salespeople who do their job well, not just to sell, but also to give real information. Ms. Mandana gave me detailed information about all kinds of face and body care that I was looking for suitable for my skin type. she is a very professional positive person. I feel compelled to write this review due to the outstanding service I received from the kiehls store on Northcote Rd sw11 I am a healthy middle aged man with a lifetime of misdiagnosed and prolonged facial eczema Rosacea and various other dermatological afflictions On visiting this establishment and being greeted by Shayesteh and Isabella my lifelong woes were about to cease These professional to the core ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable after examining my face and discussing my history etc Shayestah, the store manager reached for one of the many lotions and potions in the clinical well stocked store The service just got better from there on as she also gave me free samples of other products which assisted in my improvement These ladies were outstanding, no hard sale tactics, no pressure for other appointments just genuine care I thank you for your professionalism as my skin is dare I say it perfect !!!
