Superdrug

Just went here to enquire about a flu job. The lady serving the pharmacy desk was incredibly rude and had an attitude. When I asked if they were doing jabs, she said "No. We don't have a manager." When I asked if I could book one for when there was a manager she replied "What do you not understand? We don't have a manager, we aren't doing them." I was quite startled by this response. I am a customer, I don't know how the management works within the store. When I said that online it said flu vaccinations were available, she got even ruder with me to the extent I just walked out. Really disgusting behaviour and shouldn't be working with the public when she clearly can't interact positively.

Visited on Monday before closing and staff were still more than happy to help me. Amazing assistance from Sidra, she helped me find all the products I needed. At checkout Tara made me aware of any product discounts I was entitled to if brought all together and made it a quick and easy purchase for me. 10/10 service

Atrocious pharmacy staff on Saturdays, it says if you need some advice ask the pharmacist , even without a queue she has no time for your question. First time I was prescribed hay fever pills I didnt ask if they were available to buy cheaper over the counter and she showed me Benadryl around the same price as the prescription so I just paid and left. Went along the street and saw what shed given on sale in the pound shop! Fair enough, my mistake. I went in today with something Id collected from boots and asked if it was the same thing as they sell on the shelf and she told me obviously not cos its a prescription and she couldnt see my prescription and I should go back to boots (Id already checked and boots were out of stock.) My prescription is on the box and in the myGP app but she wasnt having any of it. No wonder boots has a queue and Superdrug doesnt. Shes Completely Unnecessarily Nasty Trash

I was served by a young girl called kadie today at 19:29, her customer service skills are very poor. She never said hi or anything, she just picked up my item and when I asked if I could use my nhs discount. She said no, only if I have my Superdrug card which was incorrect. I still have my profile so I was basically refused discount. Please supply her with customer service training.

Went there yesterday(Wednesday 30th Nov)to pick something up that my daughter had bought online. I only had the confirmation email with the order number on but was told that someone looked in the back and it wasn't there . I then get home only to find out that the order has been there since Monday. If only someone had REALLY checked I wouldn't have to take two buses to go back and collect it today
