Dip & Flip Battersea

Everything wrong with this poutine. My Canadian father would cry. If you love cold gravy, grated cheese and french fries this is the spot for you! If you want dense hot gravy, solid fries and cheese curds step away, stay away.

Firstly, I loved the service. The lady who served us had clearly taken the time to really, get to know the menu and this enhanced my dining experience. However, for a place which specialises in gravy - I really think it must be thicker. It should be luxurious and readily coat the burger, something this gravy did not. Also, the cheese and gravy chips? Should the cheese not have been melted onto the chips, rather than cubed? Rather odd as I hope the picture explains.

The burger was fine but I'd like more choices in sauce and toppings. The gravy dip is the whole point of this place and it's not that great. The chicken is good though.
