I went in recently and purchased 10 wax melts for 10. I accidentally dropped this purchase outside the store as I was leaving (unbeknownst to me until I returned home). I contacted the store who informed me on the next working day that it had been found outside but that the wax melts had been returned to shelf so that I could return to pick it up again. I went to the store the same day and re-picked out my wax melts free of charge. Thank you so much, Bhee, for allowing me to do this! She even remembered some of the scents I had put inside to help me pick them out again. Fantastic service here!
