Great GP, easy to register, listened to me and referred me quickly and appropriately.

Reception staff are rude and aggressive with a cant do attitude. If you need to see a doctor, go to A&E - they turned me away with chest pains, and I ended up being admitted onto an acute cardiac ward in hospital - poor level of care and clueless in emergency situations.

Terrible receptionists! They tried to give medical advice re: warfarin. Today, they claimed my elderly/frail father had NOT arrived as I attend appointments with him. They even said he may be in the shops. My dad left my house 10 minutes before me. I asked them to check 4 times! I started worrying and calling around. Turns out he was there, nothing but excuses from them no apology. I will be making a formal complaint.
