Moss Bros. - Head Office

SIMPLY APPALLING TUNBRIDGE WELLS BRANCH. Ordered a suit on a Tuesday, being told that it would be delivered to the store by DPD onThursday. This was essential, as I was departing at 05.30 on Friday to France for a wedding. After no response by 2pm on Thursday I drove for 40 minutes to the store, only to find that there was no suit. Eventually, it transpired that the manager had gone AWOL, without telling his staff and an off duty assistant was called out to open the store at 2pm..yes 2pm!! Thus missing the DPD delivery of course. All this took a lot of wheedling to find out the truth. What a waste of time and what a useless shower. My daughter is getting married next year and none of the groomsmen will be going near Moss Bross, thats for sure.

Google told me that the Kingston branch closes at 7pm on Thursdays. I went to the store at 6.45pm yesterday to find the doors locked, so I couldnt go in. There were two sets of customers already in store and I tried knocking on the window to ask the staff to let me in, but they walked right past me and ignored me as if I wasnt there! There was another family next to me who were disgruntled by the staff at Moss Bros and said theyd got there even earlier than me and had been ignored the entire time whilst not being let in. Why say that youre open till 7pm if you wont let your customers come in store and browse? Im a quick shopper so I wouldve been in and out in the space of max 10mins, but the audacity of the staff to let the customers in store, out of the store, and then lock the door behind them really riled me up. Terrible service. Appalling behaviour and the misinformation online is something they need to see to.

NEVER use high Street branch Leicester customer service diabolical. Groomsman was given completely the wrong size suit had to wear his own that didn't match. No refund or apology given.

Awful experience. They don't pick up the phone, don't return emails. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a jacket to turn up... but have no idea if it is there or not...

Walked into Windsor store & asked to be measured for a blazer. Was told by the store assistant Alex, he would be with me in a minute. Another customer walked in after me & I was ignored & he started to serve this other customer. I complained to the Manager who apologised, which wasn't sincere in the slightest. She offered to measure me and I was so offended by her insincere apology that I said no. I said that it was rude of him & she asked me to leave the store. I've never shopped at Moss Bros. & I never will. I suspect their ill treatment is because I looked poor. What a huge error!
