Msw recently completed a dormer loft conversion with 1 bedroom and bathroom for me and my family. We are really impressed with the quality of the build, and skills of all the trades who worked on the project. The project manager helped us understand each stage of the build in plain terms. The work was completed fast and to a high standard, and the team were considerate and careful. The Customer Service Manager also went above and beyond for us throughout the project, regularly checking in to make sure that we were happy and that everything was on schedule. We would certainly recommend MSW to anyone considering using them for a loft conversion! Really impressed us, thank you for that ! Pat and family

Were in Bow in East London and MSW have converted many lofts around our area, one is our neighbour. So after seeing the quality of finish that they had received we were more than happy to choose them to carry out our project ! Great decision on our part as the extra space is being used so well and there wasnt much disruption. Martins team really got to work quick and knew what they were doing, any decisions that we needed to make were asked of us before time by the project manager we had been appointed so nothing was missed or delayed! Great service, organised and efficient. Would use again

Martin and his teams at Msw I cannot thank them enough for the work they have carried out. This is not our first big project so we were more apprehensive and cautious going into this as we wanted a large rear extension + side return and loft conversion carried out at the same time, rendering the house uninhabitable for a long period during the build. Martin and our Project manager were contactable all the time. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process (which was a breath of fresh air!). We appointed MSW after many quotes as we felt the price was fair and competitive but more that they had the resources and man power to get the job done! We had many design decisions to make which the PM gave advice on but ultimately left us to decide but let us know in good time so there wasnt any delays, the PM liaised with kitchen/bathroom/flooring/AV/bifold companys for delivery of finishing items (all with a smile :) which was nice) I have nothing but positive things to say about our PM and the ever hardworking team. Work went to plan and completed ON TIME! My wife and I recommend MSW highly our home is so beautiful now! Look no further if considering any project and you have been so lucky to be introduced to this resolute company 5 stars! Sam and Chiara

We hired Martin and have been left extremely disappointed in his skill and customer service - so much so, we were forced to pay him to leave. Having heard him admit he had no building expertise or experience, we had to tell him to leave the job and paid him for incompletion. We wanted 3 rows of backlit Perspex on our salon wall (made from white Perspex) lit. He was one hour late ( started at 10 rather than 9am) and was unable to complete his job by 5pm, after 7 hours of work. Martin started to put the white frosted white perspex to the beach coloured wood strips, after the fifth strip was done, we kindly asked him if everything was going ok, to which he replied yes. We asked him to paint the beach strips white so they mesh well with the perspex. Martin angrily demanded to be paid extra for this. Though we were more than willing to pay him, he did not have the professional expertise to finish the job. The whole experience from this company, or more appropriately, one man band was terrible. We will use an experienced builder and will update you with quality of their service. Service: Paint indoors
