I choose it because it is a Kerastase salon. Had a trim and blow dry nothing too complicated. Probably wouldnt come here again. Mediocre service, super old towels.

I dont normally leave reviews but Hayley McKee done such a fantastic job with my balayage and hair cut today I had to leave her 5 stars. Hayley normally works at the Piccadilly shop but is currently working in Clapham Junction, the hair colour was exactly what I wanted and the hair cut was amazing. I have very thick, long hair and have really struggled to find someone that can give me a cut and colour I liked. I went on a recommendation and Im so glad I did. The ladies were all in full PPE and were very professional about cleaning after each customer. I would highly recommend!

I walk in, and ask for a haircut. The receptionist asks if I would like one right then and there, to which I said yes. She then sets me up with a perfectly friendly stylist, who gives me a nice cut. So far, so good. At the end, I am shocked to hear that the simple mens haircut was 50. When I ask why, I was told that the only person available when I arrived was the most expensive stylist. Now, the fair thing to do (and they know this) would be to give me this information in advance, so I can make an informed decision. Instead, they trapped me into paying the highest price. These games salons play might help them make some quick money, but they will lose long term loyalty and trust - which is far more economically important. Shame on you, Rush - do better.
