Matts yoga classes are amazing. He is super inclusive and makes everyone feel welcome, irrespective of whether you are a beginner or someone that has been practicing yoga for years. He manages to navigate a huge range of abilities, whilst still ensuring that each person is physically challenged as much as they want to be. And the relaxation sections at the end are awesome - you literally feel like you float out of class! I honestly cant recommend them highly enough.

Dornas classes are a beautiful and gentle combination of breath work, postures and mindfulness. She is a perceptive and caring soul and has given me additional specific techniques to address my neck and shoulder problems.

How wonderful it is to practice yoga with Dorna given we live 200 miles apart! Although I would never want to live through another pandemic there have been some silver linings, one of which is becoming aware of Pranasana Yoga classes on Zoom and my x2 weekly morning classes with Dorna fit into my lifestyle perfectly. I have been practicing yoga now for 18 months and over the last few months my core stability has noticeably improved. In addition an old knee injury which prevented me from kneeling and squatting has been cured. So thankyou Dorna! You are a great yoga teacher and I look forward to many more years of zooming in on your classes from Lancashire!

Matt and Dorna run classes in yoga, breathing and meditation. I have been practicing with them for over two years. I enjoy their classes tremendously and always feel calm after each practice. I am certainly more flexible but never feel I have to do more than is comfortable for me.They are lovely people and made life so much better through those 'covid 'days.

I first joined Matt's yoga class back in 2001 and have gained so much from the practice. It's fantastic for me that these classes are now available online because I join in all the way from New Zealand. Over 20 years and still going strong. Highly recommended. Give it a go. Thanks Matt!
