I started Helen's hatha yoga class as a way to relieve stress from my work, and it is so good that it is now a highlight of my week, even though I am now retired! Lee and I really enjoy the sessions as Helen creates a positive, welcoming and productive class that both calms and invigorates mind body and spirit. Thank you Helen.

Yoga with Helen Body is an essential weekly placeholder for myself, creating protected time for me to restore, rebalance and soothe a sometimes overwhelmed, turbulent system. This special time for myself leaves me feeling more spacious and on the front foot to do some good in the world. Helen is more than a yoga teacher, bringing wisdom from those great scholars who came before.

I have been going to this yoga class for 5 years. It is super. Helen is fantastic. Class is the perfect combination of a physical excersises and peace of mind. I have quite a physical job and the yoga is the way to ease back or shoulders that are stiff and aching. Now during Corona time these classes have been on Zoom and are a great distraction in uncertain times.

"Breath the breath of life" Take time out for yourself, and join in a yoga session with Helen. They are so calming and relaxing. No matter what I feel like at the start of the session, I always finish it feeling energised and ready to go forward positively for the time ahead. Thanks Helen for my "Yings and Yangs of yoga!" A great experience.

I have been attending Helens yoga sessions for some time and have always enjoyed and benefitted from them. To be able to continue to practice on line during these unsettling times is thanks to Helen. Her soothing voice enables me to feel calm and relaxed and to gain so much. Mini sessions are brilliant too, as are some of her little tips and words of encouragement to help stay positive and grounded, even on a bad day.
