Beware - photos on the website are not a true representation of the colour. From the website photo I ordered what look like white polka dots on a grey background. What arrived was a tablecloth with white polka dots on a cream background or as they describe it a neutral background. Admittedly, that is how this tablecloth was described; but would you not have thought that the photo and the description would be the same? Which brings me to return/exchange/refund - don't bother! Unhelpful and unbending is the mildest way to describe what was an honest misunderstanding. Given that their representative advised me which size i needed, that's what I bought. He then used that to wriggle out of an exchange or refund because the tablecloth had been cut to size...on his advice. So, in summary, be absolutely sure the colour tablecloth you are buying is exactly what you want and matches the description. And once you order a cut-to-size tablecloth, you can forget about refunds or exchanges.

Last week I didn't received my purchase, I contact them through email ( it is the only chance you have because they are not answering the phone because of covid...) and more than 5 days and still waiting. Very poor costumer service. I will suggest to buy from another shop with better costumer support.
