I'm at the end of my tether, the company have had my bank details, I've had no goods, tracking shows there has nothing been done. I asked to cancel my order 5 days ago to which she said she would keep me updated, I've had nothing, Sent countless emails and rang to no avail. I will not be using this company again, nowhere on the website does it say it's shut, really don't need all of this.

Ordered my shop kit yesterday afternoon, couldn't believe it when it arrived this morning at 8.30am, what a lovely surprise. Fabulous, quick service from My Tiny World, will definately use them again.

Communication is terrible. The miniature skirting boards I ordered were of good quality but the flooring sheet was not. Don't expect a reply to any emails you send.

They partially fixed the problem, after a while, because I insisted, and they sent me one of the objects that they previously couldn't send correctly "due to lack of stock", as they told me. Me anim a hacer dos pedidos ms importantes y se complicaron las cosas, pas un mes, me comunicaron que deban haberse perdido y que enviaran de nuevo los pedidos conjuntamente ms un regalito para compensarme. Al fn lleg un paquete, sin regalito y con tres objetos diferentes a los que yo haba pedido, una decepcin, porque esta vez ped 24 artculos (para mi casa de muecas) con toda la ilusin, y estoy esperando a que me solucionen el problema... Y a da de hoy sigo esperando.... Arreglaron en parte el problema, pasado un tiempo, porque insist, y me enviaron uno de los objetos que anteriormente no pudieron mandar correctamente "por falta de stock", segn me dijeron. Eso es todo.
