        Great customer service. Initial product arrived slightly damaged but they were swift to resend a new replacement free of charge. Products themselves are good quality for the money. Will buy from here again in the future :)

        We have bought form this company many times and the products we buy we resell to our customers. Consequently we insist on a quality product. We have had one problem, which I should add was the not the fault of Hampton but the fault of a fulfilment partner. Once we made Hampton aware they went above and beyond to try and rectify our issues, calling us up and offering to drive a replacement order to us that evening! And the order was less than 50. Since then we Hampton are our preferred supplier for our chosen frames.

        Dont buy from this company. Unbelievably cheap frames, warped and bent on arrival. Even in perfect condition they would be the flimsiest frames Ive ever seen. Save yourself some time and pay a few quid extra somewhere else.
