        Having had a flags NST watch stop working just shortly after the country went into lock down I had to wait patiently whilst the service centre was understandably closed due to the government guidelines. Once the service centre re opened my watch was promptly repaired and sent back to me within 10 days of posting. Correspondence all the way through the process with Adele. Fantastic customer service and rapid repair. Given the problems I have encountered over the years with other companies and their customer service it was refreshing to deal with such a competent organisation. Will definitely buy Timex watches in the future based on my experience Thanks again
