I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We obtained several quotes from various companies. Not only was Terry Wilson's the most competitively priced but, the advice we received from Nigel was outstanding. He spent over half and hour with us explaining the pro's and con's of each worktop product in a non-biased manner. When it came to the installation day, things did not go quite as planned as the fitters discovered our existing worktops had been glued down. Nigel responded to this immediately and by mid-afternoon had resolved the issue by securing the services of another fitter who had experience of this. Our job was completed the following day and we are delighted with our new worktops. It's in these moments, when things don't go as planned, you need and hope for help, support and advice. I cannot speak highly enough of Nigel - incredible customer service. Thank you.

Really nice people and a pleasure to work with. The guys at Terry Wilson, know their stuff, are helpful and informative and explain exactly how everything will work from start to finish. I wanted to work with a local company not a national and I have been very pleased with the results as well as the manner in which they conduct business. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Asked for quote and options using the information on their website, got a rotten and unprofessional reply stating they among other things that they would not touch it with a barge pole. I called to speak to the owner to see if he was aware of the kind of unprofessional reply's his employee send out, to my surprise he said it was actually him who sent the email, they had been in business for 50 years, sod off.. He slammed the phone down. With customer service like that, I think we dodged a bullet, needles to say I placed our large order elsewhere with a company with a care.
