I raised concerns to the vet about my dog having megaoesophagus and aspiration pneumonia, to be completely shut down and told no by him.
I decided to ignore my own judgement and listen/trust the vet, who told me Lily (my dog) was okay and just had a stomach infection that prebiotics will help.
A few hours later, Im having to rush Lily to the emergency vets where I explained my concerns of megaoesophagus and aspiration pneumonia once again. This vet actually wanted to listen to me and within a few hours Lily was diagnosed with them both.
Im highly disappointed that the vet wouldnt listen to me as it resulted in Lily suffering longer where the pneumonia had worsened. If he had listened, and checked for the aspiration pneumonia like I had asked, Lily wouldve received the correct treatment and I wouldnt have had to rush Lily into the emergency vets later that day.
I got charged 102.35 for treatment and medication that Lily didnt need nor it did help her in the slightest. With the cost of living and my other pets, Im so upset by this as the 102 couldve gone towards more important things for them. I could have also avoided the emergency appointment fee.
All this being said, I wouldnt recommend them as I feel the vet didnt care to listen to my concerns and ultimately this resulted in me paying for unnecessary treatment, costing me additional money and making Lily suffer further

BUT I WAS PUT 2 EASY STRAIGHT AWAY BY THE WONDERFUL RECEPTION STAFF.
BOTH OF THE LADIES ON RECEPTION WERE REALLY LOVELY.
ELLERI SEEMED A LOT LESS STRESSED THAN I THOUGHT SHE WOULD BE, WHEN WE WERE WAITING FOR HER APPOINTMENT.
THE VET WE SAW WAS AMAZING, HE WAS SO CALM WITH ELLERI & SHE DIDN'T ONCE GET STESSED.
HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS & CONCERNS I HAD REGARDING MY LITTLE FUR PRINCESS.
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND ELLERI WAS POSITIVE.
ELLERI HAS HER NEXT APPOINTMENT IN THREE WEEKS, WHICH WILL BE A LOT MORE EASIER FOR MYSELF & ELLERI.
FANTASTIC STAFF, VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IT'S JUST A SHAME THEY DON'T DO THE HEALTHCARE PLANS THERE, AS I WOULD HAVE SIGNED UP STRAIGHT AWAY.
