Mansfield Dealership and a Company is not even worth 0 stars. Reserved the car online by placing a deposit and spoken to the sales team member, who tried to sell me the more expensive finance (APR) than advertised on their website and all the insurance products I never wanted to purchase. On rejecting the products and agreeing on the car with monthly payments, I requested the video of the car to be sent. I get a message after an hour that car has now been sold . Called the dealership back to enquire why I have received the text, been told car now sold to someone else and they have a right to do that even there is a deposit on the car as per their privacy policy . Website shows all the statement and disclosures that company is a FCA regulated but clearly forcing someone to buy expensive finance and insurance products where customer declines them and they decide to sell a car to someone else who has probably bought all those expensive products so they make more money . I have never had such a bad experience. Requested customer service details from a sales person who was very rude and been promised it will be sent straight away and guess I never received it . This is not a normal practice and be aware of these tactics . Got all the evidence before you come back with the lies and its very misleading from the dealer of your size . I hope I get contacted by someone so I can get answers and the truth behind it . FCA principles and TCF is only on papers. Very disappointing.

Absolutely shocking, disgusting. I cannot put into words how bad this company are do not use them. Huddersfield branch and Mansfield branch both appalling after sales. They just want your money then wash their hands of you. I will be taking legal advice. Even escalated to a managing director who cant even call back. Disgusting. Taking 15.5k of my hard earned money you should be ashamed as a company.

Would give a minus if possible due to the salesman not giving accurate information causing overcharging for a rubbish vehicle. Went to order a kuga in 2020 got told none in stock and nothing available to order so we left the dealership to go elsewhere. Upon leaving relieved a phone call saying hed found one but had been specced up so would cost us more and he needed a decision straight away as it might sell. Vehicle arrived with paintwork and mechanical issues and on one trip ( of many) to the dealership he said to me I meant if you didnt take this one it would be factory order;but thats what wed actually gone in for which he said nothing was available. Long story short worst mistake ever buying a Ford spent more time in garage with faults ( still not rectified) even Ford gave up on the car! So the vehicle is going all I want back is the overcharged amount for the not wanted specification. Had the general manager phone once but he wasnt even working there then so not really interested. Basically said my word against the salesmans ( and my hubby that was also in the car when the salesman rang) Will see if they ever actually ring me back like theyve promised !! They tried blaming the vehicle shortage which was not active until late 2021 the salesman actually said it was as they stopping producing diesel cars which was a total lie as they stopped taking orders on them in November 2021 not September 2020. Vehicle still developing faults but like I said is going shortly so not even bothering taking it in .

My car went in to Burnley perrys for a NOX sensor the, car went in in perfect condition, when picking up my driver side damaged including headlight . Why does it take over a week to check cctv cameras , I have to do all the chasing poor service !!

If I could mark minus I would...van went in for warranty work they had the van for 2 days parts didn't all turn up but they didn't notify us couldnt get hold of anybody to find out what was going on...eventually got told van was ready for collection picked it up from Perry's Bletchley went to fill up with fuel looked at rims only to find consistent damage...went back 10 minutes later and they had gone home...took pictures of damage took van in following morning and as a good will gesture they would send them to be re diamond cut... picked them up yesterday 2nd July and guess what they have done a smart repair which have been sprayed could have been done better by a blind person...
