Edited** Purchased a 23K Mercedes from Moulton Motors. Pre sales was good, as you would expect. They agreed a price for my part exchange via photos and honest description (subject to seeing it). Then when I arrived, after travelling a long way they had my car on a ramp and plugged into diagnostic trying to find things wrong with it to reduce the price. After having the car for 5 weeks it developed sensor faults and needed repairs and new parts. The warranty does not cover the high priced labour at a main dealer, is subject to a max claim of 2k and crucially does not come with a courtesy car. As the main dealer did not have courtesy car I was without a car for 3 weeks and when I spoke with Moulton they said they didn't think there was anything they could do but would call me back. I never heard from them again. Moulton did contact the garage to try and get it sorted sooner but did not update me.

Excellent service from Paul and the team. Hassle free purchase and very easy to deal with. I asked for some bits of work to be done to the car before I bought it, the work was completed promptly at their service site and I was able to buy and collect the car a couple of days later. Would definitely recommend Moulton Motor Sales to anyone looking for their next car.
