        Placed an order for a single seat cushion and back to be re-covered for an Arko wooden chair, over one year YES one year of waiting and trying to get in touch with no replies we decided to hand deliver a stern letter asking what is happening with the cushion and material that we supplied! Two days later he rang to say the cushion is ready to collect, no apology or reason why it took over a year, we collected the next day with a price tag to pay of 190 !! Unbelievable ! One small seat cushion and one thin back cushion, over a year in waiting, we provided all material as well. Avoid at all costs !!!!!
