Tuffnells were supposed to deliver a large item today. No call, no messages, zero contact. We contacted the seller, they called them & the driver said they couldn't find the address, so they left it at the depot without calling us or the seller. No communication was made until the seller called them directly. Tuffnells still haven't sent any message about the delivery to us, which is supposed to happen. A simple call to clarify directions would have solved the issue.

It surprises me to see companies like this still existing. The sheer number of complaints is a clear sign of a bad business. I personally had a bad experience when my delivery never showed up and a year on it still hasnt showed up. This has left me short of 400, I would love to know how something so big can go missing in the warehouse and still not found after a whole year. When its found who gets to keep it? Im hoping I can come back on here and remove this comment but I think thats wishful thinking.
