I'm specifically writing this review to say a special thanks to our contact person Megan who managed to arrange the repair of the flat tyre of our Sixt rental car over night, allowing us to take a ferry on time this morning thus saving an entiere day of our holiday trip. Go grab your gunslingin' hat y'all cos these guys are Cowboys...yeeeee-hawwww..!!!! Recovered my vehicle then over the weekend left it with the window down and unlocked. Then when I noticed and remotely locked and secured it, they opened it, and left the drivers door open and the ignition on all night. When I complained I got told it was in a secure location so that makes it ok. No, it really doesn't. Complaint continues..

This company claimed to have picked up my van when it hadn't. That has now effected my no claims status. Please check before using this company. How unfortunate that they seem untrustworthy.

Do not take out a policy even if it is cheap and you just need insurance they use several different companies Davies group for claim / auto recovery logistics for recovery and god knows who for customer service takes an hour to get through to people who dont know what they are doing , car has been in storage for 30 days now being charged 800 to release it Couldnt warn you enough stay away
