Absolutely disgusting. Pre booked a taxi for my 16yr old, at 11.30pm, as previously done before. This driver asked for prepayment which he didnt have so told him to get out: he left my son stranded in a car park. He drove a TOYOTA reg AK59 CHD.

You have to talk to an (apparently hearing-impaired) computer to tell them where you want to be picked up, and once you have agreed that it's finally guessed your location correctly, a cab arrives fairly quickly. The drivers (we used Bounds 5 or 6 times in a few days) were all pleasant and competent, and got you where you were going. Heaven help you if you can't make yourself understood by the deaf computer, though! You get transferred to a surly human being who, in addition to where to pick you up (which is all the computer asks for) demands to know where you're going, how many people there are, how you will be paying, how soon you want to be picked up, and I'm pretty sure on at least one occasion my age (!) before reluctantly informing you a car will be there eventually. I much preferred yelling at the computer...

Cab did not turn up, found out when phone it had gone to our destination???? We were then told it would be 2 minutes. 20 minutes later we were told they had picked up someone else and would be 10 minutes. Absolutely disgraceful service. We will never use them again
