My personal experience with this company has been appalling.
Massive delays opening the pool (missing most of the warm weather) RUDE staff - Charging double for the service. Using our chemicals and charging us. Rude when communication any concerns . Staff from Lifestyle put ownership on our 21 year old for the reason to charging double (as we where aboard) when they finaly did get the pool open.
Only one employed member of staff to open all the pools on their books - The rest of the staff are contractors (builder, groundsman, Tilers etc...) or husband and wife directors. My advice do not use ...As there are much better companies, with much more professional attitude to clients, helpful and charge less.
