        My elderly mum went in early Friday morning to get her shopping, when asking staff for manual till, was told not this early, yet my mum said oh usually a lady on the till when I come, to then be told by this woman she must be lying as it was untrue, she asked the lady if she would help and she said of course, then pulled the trolley away from my mum and proceeded to the self checkout, this sent my mums anxiety off and said wish I hadnt come out now to which the member of staff said, you dont have to shop here, which upset my mum and she walked out, not great at customer service and left my mum very upset.

        Went into store 1030pm and They put pallets on front of bakery products and bread so you cannot even access the items.
