After 2 weeks we went to store , were the guy refused to talk to us and weve been told to find the guy who sold us sofa. We were again promised that we will receive our kits, now its end of February and we still didnt receive anything.
Customer service is very poor, we had to switch 2 operators because they couldnt understand what we want.
Very disappointed, it looks like DFS doesnt care at all about their customers , they are very nice and polite only when they try to sell you stuff, and once you place your order they just ignoring you.
