        My initial review was excellent service in store when buying a new sofa. I never received my sofa due to the property I was buying falling through at the last minute, which meant I had no where to store it. I placed the order at the beginning of Feb, was quoted 11 weeks. Was told its not due for another 2 months. Tried to cancel over 3 weeks ago after several phone calls finally cancelled. I was told I would be receiving my refund last week did not happen, had to call again. ScS kept 650 of the sale as it's in their policy. This included a quarter of everything on the final bill. Greedy company. I wish I had read the reviews first. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
